By accessing or using ComuniPRO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including residents, board members, property managers, and staff.
2. Description of Service
ComuniPRO is a community management platform designed for housing associations, property managers, board members, and residents. The Service provides tools for maintenance reporting, community communication, document management, voting, budget tracking, and staff coordination.
3. User Accounts
Access to the Service requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use the Service to transmit spam, offensive content, or malicious software. Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and software comprising the Service are the property of ComuniPRO or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ComuniPRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
